This place is great for solo travelers looking for a laid-back hostel vibe. The staff is helpful, and the overall modern ambiance really helps you unwind. However, if you're driving, be prepared for parking challenges since the nearby lot can fill up quickly, and the response from staff regarding this issue was disappointing.

I enjoyed my private bunk bed/room which had a minimalistic design, perfect for reflection. They were clean and offered comfort, but I noticed the linens and blankets could have been better given the price I paid.
Service

The staff was attentive and provided my check-in details in advance, which was helpful, especially since I arrived late. However, I felt that their attitude could improve, especially regarding parking options.

The location is lively with several restaurants and coffee shops within walking distance. It's perfect if you enjoy being in a buzzing environment, but it does mean parking is a hassle.

I had a fantastic experience at this hotel! The atmosphere felt very safe and welcoming, and I loved how clean and quiet my stay was. The included breakfast was simple but sufficient. I do wish there was more variety in the dining options available on-site. Still, I found great places to eat nearby, which made up for it.

My stay was fantastic! The hostel had a great atmosphere that reminded me of my travels in Europe, and the facilities were exceptionally clean and well-kept. I loved the free breakfast ingredients provided every morning, which added significant value to my stay. However, having to bring my key every time I wanted to use the restroom on the first floor was a bit annoying, especially since the bathroom was outside the secured area.

I had a fantastic time at The Crash Pad! The place was clean, stylish, and super comfortable, which made for a lovely stay. The staff were incredibly responsive, which was a great bonus. The only downside was the bathroom situation on the first floor, where I had to carry my key every time. Overall, it’s an excellent place to stay, especially for a mountain biking trip, given the great value and amenities.

I recently stayed at this hotel and had a mixed experience. While the atmosphere was adorable with a fun vibe, the beds felt a bit basic and the noise from outside was noticeable at times. Additionally, parking was a real headache and took away from the overall comfort of my stay. It's still a solid option for the price, but keep in mind some of these drawbacks before booking.

Rooms
6.0
The room I stayed in was very basic, and while it was clean, it felt a little cramped with limited amenities. I rated it a 6 out of 10 for comfort, especially considering the shared bath situation.
Service
5.0
The staff were approachable but lacked the helpfulness I expected when I inquired about parking. I give the service a 5 out of 10.
Location

The location is lively and surrounded by great restaurants and bars, but that also means lots of noise and complications with parking. I rate the location a solid 7.
Dining
Facilities

The shared facilities were okay, but not as convenient due to the parking situation and the lack of accessibility. I would rate them a 5 out of 10.
